STANDARD DELIVERY POLICY
WE ONLY DISPATCH TO MAINLAND UK CUSTOMERS
We dispatch all parcels by Parcelforce :
All deliveries are subject to a UK Standard rate of £7.00+ vat
Orders received before noon will generally be dispatched that day during any normal business day – Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Stock orders received after noon will be dispatched in the afternoon where possible or shall be sent the next working day.
An email advising the parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse will be sent to you, the customer, at the same time the order is dispatched.
Someone must be available at your delivery address to sign for the parcel when it arrives. If your parcel is delivered by a courier, please ensure the parcel is not damaged before signing for it. If the package is damaged or ripped, either refuse delivery or should you accept it, you should sign for the package as 'damaged'. If you fail to do this, Harvem Ltd cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged items and you will be liable for them.
If you’re out when Parcelforce try to deliver your parcel, they will leave a ‘We tried to deliver’ card at the delivery address. This card gives you the address and opening hours of your local delivery office.
